He is not here: for He is risen-Matt 28:6

Xin Chao Gia Dinh va Ban cua Chi!!

Happy Easter!!! I hope all of you enjoyed your conference weekend! We havent yet watched it cuz we have to wait for the translations for the members but I am soo excited!!

This past week was the end of another transfer, and we said goodbye to Anh ca Cao and Chi Thuy Anh. So now I am back in just a normal companionship! It's great but we have gotten lost so many times! mostly cuz we don't know the area or the language but hey we get some good contacting in and we have actually gotten a few appointments in for next week from trying to figure out where we are going! so that rocks. When you are on a mission you are never really lost cuz you are where the Lord wants you to be!

Anyway we have been meeting with our investigators are ton this week! I have never gone through lessons so fast! and a plus to not knowing the language great is everyone stays very focused and we don't get side tracked at all cuz we don't know how to say anything in Vietnamese except for gospel stuff. So that is awesome! we have really been praying to have the Spirit help us and we have been using members a ton so that we don't miss needs and so that we can not just teach them but truly help them.

We had an awesome experience with Chi Hoa the other day. We had a not so good, poorly communicated lesson at the beginning of this week so I was kinda nervous to teach her again. But we brought the Restoration video for her to watch because it was in Vietnamese and we hoped it would clear some things up. Anyway we start watching it and I have never seen someone so focused on it. Usually its kinda awkward and the investigators are like why are we watching a movie but Chi Hoa was leaning forward and asking questions (that I could understand!!) and then she said how much she liked it after and how awesome it was! her little son came over to watch it too and he is sooo cute!! It's so cool to see when things start making sense and the investigators start feeling the spirit cuz everything just seems to click with them! I love it!

Our other investigators are doing well. It hasn't quite clicked but we have one who really wants to become a member cuz the rest of her family is but she just can't make coming to church a priority. She works in the morning and has to travel an hour to get to the church and just can't get herself to come. It makes me realize how blessed we are to be able to live in a place that has like 6 churches with in walking distance.

Other than that we have just been preaching the word of God and talking to eveybody! My comp is really good at finding people who speak English, I don't know how she does it. But we are teaching a guy from Bosnia or something next week so I am super excited about that!

Anyway hope its been a great week for you all! I love Easter weekend because we get to remember the Amazing miracle of Christ's Resurrection. He died for us and truly rose the 3rd day, I know that through Him we too can all be Resurrected and live again with those we loved in life. He lives and He loves us.

Love you all!
Life is good, the church is true
